there's a cheaper variant that's a squeeze bottle. another one that just uses gravity with your head tilted so it's axis is horizontal and you pour in your upper nostril. however I read the squeeze bottle (and presumably yours) has some pressure and cleans better. also, idk why TH-cam recommend me this.

If you have Autism then I highly recommend learning Arabic to help you with critical thinking because Arabic is so fundamentally different than English with Grammar, vocabulary and phonology that it will boost your mental athleticism if you learn it because Arabic is so logical and technical. Don’t learn Spanish you won’t get anything from it in terms of linguistical acquisition because it’s too similar to English.

You do come across as quite reserved, I am the same but it doesn’t matter. Most people just care about what you can do, so what if they think you’re shy. Most people are shy it’s just that they go around putting more effort in to hide that fact. Ok maybe if you’re looking for a partner it’s a little different because personality plays more of a role. When they called you for the job it doesn’t matter that they were in Idaho and knew you were there, they still asked you, they know you can do the job and they trust you, that means you’re good at what you do. That leaves a good impression. Sorry for long ramble. FWIW I think it’s worse to leave a bad impression
