    Needed to hear this! been trying to practice my tongue posture to help my TMJ. I get frustrated often and begin to clench & mouth breathe. Especially at night or at work. Thank you, will begin to celebrate and show gratitude during this journey.

    thank u so much, please help me to keep my breath steady while singing it wobbles...despite me being technically sound in music. the minute i have to sing in front of my teacher or anyone, my breath becomes shallow n breathy n wobbly. are there any breathing techniques for this ? thank you in advance.

    Very intense and empowering. It feels a bit easier inviting the next emotion and navigating between each emotion during this. The release and relief of tension in the jaw is incredible. I don't remember the last time I was THIS relaxed! This type of mental and physical health exercise could be taught to children in health class in school. Would be extremely beneficial for proper development and young adult independence. Man, I wish I found this sooner!!
