@@CallumRennieRacing64 that was kinda tounge in cheek in Australia direction for street stocks is determined by the guy on the gate he will direct to the left or the right it stops stock suspensions being set up one way or another mostly

@@RossPenney-o3o the direction is decided by the position of the driver in the UK. Early stock cars were American cars so left hand drive & the BriSCA formulas have evolved from those since 1954
