Sometimes we have been in a bubble for so long that it is really hard to see our own biases. Hopefully maturity helps us see that it is ok to know that we may have made mistakes or have had misunderstandings and it is Okay to change your mind.

You are never too old to change your mindsets. I know because I've been changing mine for 7 years now, and I'm 57. The hard thing is recognizing the mindsets you want to change, and reprogramming yourself with the mindsets you now recognize as being more beneficial to your overall well being, (mental and physical health.) Not many people know this, and even fewer are willing to do the hard work to accomplish this. Good luck, don't give up on yourself.
