DSS - USPSA 10/18/24 Classifier Match
This was my first qualifier match and second shooting experience at DSS. I placed 21st out of 69 overall. Looking forward to getting better at this amazing sport.

October 13th, 2024 - WICK NIGHT - truly a special event at Parma Armory! Each stage featured a signature Wick weapon including a 1911, AR, shotgun, PCC, and yes, a pencil! A big shout out to Will Ortiz and Doug Dibble who were the inspiration behind it all. Thank you to all of the PA staff that helped make this night so much fun!

My third straight win at Parma Armory's monthly move and shoot! This competition was even closer than the last as Skeen and Cleveland have clearly been putting in the work. It's humbling to shoot alongside these guys.
USPSA Competition I @ DSS

I placed 25th overall out of 53 shooters on 9/28/24. This was my first USPSA match and experience at DSS in Deerfield, Ohio. I was tied with one other shooter for most alphas (133), but the overall winner of the competition had 106, which means speed is far more important than accuracy.

Back to back wins! This was my first time shooting at a swinging target, which was very challenging. I ranked 4th in stage one, 2nd in stage two, and 1st in stages three and four. I had 4 seconds in total penalties and won the competition by ONE second!

I placed 1st in this move and shoot, which is my first win. Of the 5 stages, I shot two perfectly and the other 3 had a 1 second penalty each. Target/path selection and proactive reloads were a key to this win.

I placed 9th in this competition due to me being too "creative" on the second stage, resulting in 21 penalty seconds beingadded to my time. If not for that, I would have placed 4th.
