What would two AI podcast hosts think about humAIn? www.humainatwork.com I gave the manuscript to Google's "NotebookLM" and asked it to record a podcast interview about the book. Yes AI is reading and creating a podcast interview about a book about humans and AI in the workplace...you can't make this stuff up. That sounds both fascinating and a little surreal! The idea of two AIs discussing a book on humans and AI in the workplace feels like it came straight out of sci-fi. It’s incredible how far AI has come, not only in reading and interpreting complex ideas but also in generating engaging discussions. It's also true that exploring AI's potential is as much about understanding its limitations as its capabilities. The insights from an AI-led interview like this can really shed light on the nuances of human-AI interaction-it's a whole new way of looking at the topic, right?

      Yes, that may happen in some instances, especially with larger businesses. That is a sad reality, but for us SME's we can only control that which we can control...our own businesses. Even in the worst of times, many businesses have found their way out of the ashes like the fiery Phoenix.

  • @jakobvanklinken

    That sounds almost altruistic right, but this kind of "oh I just want to help you reach your true potential" kind of rhetoric also is used in soulsucking, dead end jobs, and then it's just brainwashy nonsense. I remember working a minimum wage warehouse job, and my manager insisted that watching these training videos is something I was doing to grow myself, utter nonsense

    • @ProphetForPurpose
      @ProphetForPurpose ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for sharing your views Jakob. Perhaps the intent is right, but the methodology they used wasn't effective? We work for ourselves, yes we are paid by an employer, but anything I can do or access that will help me evolve and grow as a person to set me up for greater opportunities is something I took full advantage of in my career. Yes, there is an expectation from the employer as they are the one "Investing" in you, but when I realised I needed to invest in myself, I took full advantage...even if it wasn't the best training.

      Can you explain further Bellisarius? What problems would they cause to increase revenue?

    • @Bellisarius
      @Bellisarius ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ProphetForPurpose Housing speculation incentivises corporate entities and people who already have too much money to buy up both land and housing, keeping supply low to artificially increase price on homes, allowing them to increase revenue through either house sales or straight up just rent. This causes a lot of issues for example homelessness and gridlocked traffic because people who can no longer afford to pay the rent in the big cities they work in having to live up to an hour away. Plus you know, it's not like the 2008 housing bubble economic crash happened for no reason :P
