Alesis Monitor One M1 mkii Active Powered Studio Reference Monitors (2004)

No recording can effectively reproduce what another speaker truly sounds like.
The point of this video is to disclose any faults, or lack therein, of these monitors' performance at the time of sale; and to visually illustrate their frequency response within the ranges that the viewer's system (or hearing for that matter) cannot accurately reproduce.
Audio and in-time frequency analysis are presented as captured by a matched pair of AT2035 large condenser microphones in front of these pre-owned Alesis M1 Active mkii monitors.
Simply put, these classic monitors are excellent.
I bought this pair new in 2004 or 2005.

Would a 13” snare fit inside the drum, or does a throw off make it too big?
Thanks for your message. I have since sold this kit, but I think that it might work depending on the size of the throw. But you could check by placing your 13" snare inside the hoop of a 16" floor tom. If there's about half an inch of clearance on either side, it should work. Thanks again!
