I appreciate your honesty Russell. Back about 50 years ago, I too tried to take my own life but God had a life for me to live! I also know a little bit about depression as well, having been diagnosed Bi-polar! And last of all, I too love to dance!! I pray that you continue to bring joy to all!!

Russel, whatever you do, do not get yourself locked into Big Pharma's pills, and be their customer for life. Try organic hemp seeds and eat it with your cereal, smoothies, etc. It's my life-saver. I sincerely hope it works just as well for you.

No one knows how bad it gets inside that's for sure. It is nothing anyone has prayed for. Some of us manage to go on and sadly some do not make it. I lost lovely person in my life who had her own demons to wrestle with that ended up getting the best of her. She checked in with me frequently. Now she will never know just how special she was and want she meant to me. I wish I could have done for her what she had done for me.

Everyone has a “sad story” to tell when they’re selling a book. SMH.

I do not get depression. I have had plenty of reason to be depressed. I was sexually/mentally/physically/verbally abused or assaulted by my biorents /some of the foster families/and some of the group homes i live in from earliest memory of 3 till i was like 16. I then moved out was on my own till i was 21. I never had depression what i did have was anger control issues. What i found beneficial for my mental health was animals also i met my best friend and love of my life at 21. We became friends first then started dating and at 25 he asked me to marry him and we married the fallowing February of 2000. We have been together 30 years now and married 24 of those years. Give me the anger over depression any day.

I suffered depression anxiety and fear for years.. but it wasn't until I experienced the love of God and He set me Free from depression and anxiety and fear. There is an enemy called the devil and every once in a while he might try to put fear on me..BUT because of God's perfect love HE showed me that I can worship Or use his word because God said he who the son sets free is free indeed!!! I'm so in love with the one that's in love with me and that is Jesus my Father and the Holy Spirit

I'm praying for all those who are suffering. I remember what a friend said to me awhile ago and that is....suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Every life is precious. Peace and love to all.🙏❤️
