Só acho que 3 a 4:hs é muito tempo, pra ficar sem trocar o absorvente, seja ele qual for o tipo, ou independente de quantidade do ciclo, acho que o tempo máximo seria de 1: hs pra cada troca. Pois nossa vagina e nosso útero são muito fácil de ter e pegar bactérias, inclusive infecções bacterianas em geral, então pra evitar melhor diminuir esse tenpo aí da troca do absorvente e se higienizar sempre que puder com água e sabão neutro.
