No don't apply for this college. I apply for may intake 2024 and I have pay all of my fees still they never provid LOA and they never book my VFS appointment. Even they refund my fees with some charges. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COLLEGE !!! . They told me that I have delayed to pay my fees and told me that to change intake for November. I have paid my fees on 24 February. I suggest do not apply for college

Most probably you will need skill pass after you arrive to malta or during your documents submission in vfs , either ways you will be informed by the officers at the time to provide skill pass and will give you some time to submit that as well

Yes you need it only food handling is additional for hospitality sector

We usually do include notary if possible it is best advised to do it but since you are still abroad you will have to do it once you arrive here in malta later and nowadays the situation is very critical
