🇮🇹 Passo Stalle: remarkable one-way road from Austria to Italy
Passo Stella is a truly special place and an exceptional driving experience. The spectacle begins well before the saddle on the Austrian side, when you turn west off the 108. A beautiful road with an amazing surface through the mountain villages begins. If you start early in the morning, you will have the road to yourself, even in the summer season.
The exit to Italy works as a shuttle due to the narrowness of the road. This means that at 0-15 minutes every hour, cars drive down from Austria to Italy, and at 30-45 minutes they climb from Italy to Austria.
The road is narrow, but pleasant, with a great surface, full of beautiful curves and, initially, views. It's not a speed test as much as it is a relaxing, adventurous ride.

What a steep road! Ascend and descend is nearly 23 %! The Turrachsee is a lovely mountain lake in not-so-crowded place in Austria. I hink Giau is more epic and there is much less bikers and traffic. :-) from the driving view, Pordoi has a wider road ;)

Saludos carlos, los ojos deben estar en el camino, no en los alrededores. Cuando conduzco, no miro a mi alrededor, me concentro en la carretera. Por eso hacemos paradas frecuentes y paseamos por la zona. La seguridad es lo primero, y conducir rápido no significa conducir peligrosamente. Recuerde también que la vista del conductor es diferente a la vista de la cámara. ¡gracias y que tenga un buen día!

I love cycling, but I prefer MTB/Enduro, I'm not a huge fan of road :-) but one day I would love to cycle up to the Stelvio pass. I bet you've cycled this one too ;)

Hola, gracias por tu opinión. La cámara distorsiona: el conductor ve diferente, más, tiene una visión más amplia desde su lugar. La seguridad es la prioridad número uno. Puede conducir más rápido, pero aún con seguridad. Por ejemplo, a las 10:35, el automóvil que se aproxima conduce lentamente, pero de manera completamente inapropiada, casi en la dirección opuesta. Es importante saber dónde se puede ir más rápido y dónde reducir la velocidad y tener cuidado ;)

To byl nájezd do závěrečného lesa trati Tutti Frutti, ktera se jezdi na EWS Val di Fassa❤. Na enduro skvela lokalita, na silnicku taky, Sella Ronda je nadherny okruh a sjezd Passo Pordoi->Canazei je lahůdka👍

Oh dear, yet another "Look at me, how fast I can drive!" video... How sad. Those cows: anyone of them could have suddenly bolted infront of you. Could you have reacted in time? No chance. And as for the cattle grid, that's a skid waiting to happen... You might think I am a preachy old arse but I used to drive like you, thought I was sharp. But I killed two people. My fault. And I have had to live with their needless deaths in my head every day of my life. Can you?
Hello George, sorry to hear that. As you can see in all of my drive video, I'm not driving fast there, where I can't see. I love relaxing evening rides, with sky above and low traffic around. Of course, sometime I love to rev the engine and go faster, but faaar from what my cars, and others much more faster cars can do 😉
