I tried looking up a conversion measurement for the English slab of butter, couldn't find it. Would it be close to an American "stick" or 1/2 cup? Your slab looks similar in size to our whole package, which holds 4 sticks, or 2 cups.
2 sticks of USA butter is the same, also don't forget to stir until smooth x
