their is no options to limited the wattage, base on the work load ,it will adjust automatically (kindly like share and subscribe our channel for more videos)

@@Techworld20333 no, but that is the AI tweaker working to boost wattage of cpu as per demand. But motherboard has some settings in bios to limit the overall wattage when there is demand, which dont allow cpu to go to 290watts. I just dont know how to do it

Hopefully the upcoming Intel microcode fix will actually work.

I have another question: My i5-13400F shows 4100 MHz in the BIOS on the right but i already enabled turbo boost, but when I set the PC to high performance from power management instead of balance , it runs at 4.55 GHz with turbo boost all time. But, when I stress test with AIDA or open 60 tabs in Chrome or anything related to the cpu, the frequency drops back to 4100 MHz. How can I keep it stable at 4.5 GHz?
