How to construct a triangle given perimeter as 115mm,altitude 40mm and vertical angle 45°
All you have to do is to change the values I used to the ones you have in your questions then follow the steps I took in the construction.

Nice video sir but the ±1 is not how your measurements are meant to be written sir. That's how WAEC writes it to give room of error for students. E.g if WAEC says their length say AB is (40±1), students who are within the range 39-41 will be scored.
