bro i think if your RC in not surrendered in your respective rto you can get your car back........in our family in 2016 july ZEN was stolen from sector 70 mohali insurance was claimed after(there was also a gang involed around 9 zen and some mahindra bolero was stolen on that same night ) the car was found in jalandhar after 8-9 months by myself at traffic lights case was filed against them after 1-2 months car was released from the order from court we still have that car now...
