Hiii, It totally depends on your interest. If you will be selecting GPB or going for ABM in future (during pg) then choose GPB or Agri business it will be best for your future as well. But if you would be going for any private sectors jobs like agro. chemicals companies or setting your own fertiliser company etc then your knowledge about agro chemicals will mostly help you in future. And again I would say mostly go with your subject of interest. Also check in which subject your university can provide you with the best knowledge. ELP is Experiential Learning Programme yeh apke final VIII th semester mae conduct hota hai. ELP mae different modules hoti hai usme se apko koi 2 modules select karni hoti hai and unhi 2 modules ke basis par practical training and classes conduct hoti hai. Then apko end mae report submit karni hoti hai and ppt + viva hota hai. Like,mene Commercial Horticulture and Mushroom Cultivation Technology as modules select kiya tha wase hi aap bhi apne interest ke subjects select kar sakte ho. Hope it will help. RAWE 6 months ka training program hai.RAWE ki koi fee nahi hoti. RAWE training apke Agriculture (Hons.) degree ka part hai jo ki final year ke 7th semester mae hoti hai. Agar apka private college hai toh may be KVK training mae attach hone ke liye fee lae and agar government college hai toh koi fee nahi hoti RAWE training ki.

Right Actually it is like this : READY COMPONENT -1 : A. RAWE ( 14 weeks means around 3 months) 1. Orientation - 1 week 2. Village Attachment - 8 weeks 3. KVK attachment- 5 weeks READY COMPONENT-2: (5 weeks that means 1.15 months) 1. AIA ( Agro Industrial Attachment )- 3 weeks 2. Plant Clinic - 2 weeks It is like this.

Hiii, first please confirm do you want to calculate each semester sgpa and cgpa or the final 4 years cgpa? And your each subject marks are given in grade points like 7, 8, 9, 10 or in form of marks?

Ok actually every university have different grading System like, eg. If you got 90-100 marks, grade:O and grade point : 10. So, I need to check that first so if possible connect on Instagram with me and send your University Grading System and your marks scored. Also, tell me each subject credit points then only we will be able to calculate the sgpa. Credit points apke syllabus mae mention hoga check and send the pics to me on insta. Also, may I know from which University you are doing your Agriculture (Hons.)?

Yes and I used to visit the village on daily basis. If you are facing any problem its better not to stay. But for that you need to select the village which is near or in distance of few kms from your place. I hope it will help.

Is it compulsory to stay in that village for 2 months?

Yes, It's better to stay in the same village as you need to make report on the basis of the Village and Farmer alloted to you. But if you are facing any issue in the Village you are working in then you may report it to your RAWE guide and ask your guide to change the alloted village and can explore some another village. Didn't you report this issue to your Chairman or VC? Yes, you can do that way also, like on day to day basis you may visit the village for 3-4 hours and try to complete your report as soon as possible.

Sad to here that.. Try to gain maximum out of this time as this is the most valuable time where you can have maximum exposure to practical hands on work and training. If you are facing some problem in a particular village try to change it by letting your guide know about it and explore some other village where you can good exposure. @@AdventurewithPratibha In our RAWE program for every demonstration we have to take photo with atleast 12 - 15 farmers , and take every demo very scientifically neither our college professors reject thr demo and instruct to take again , this how our months pass by wasting of time 🥲
