Funny how the "Super-Earth Colony Flag" looks kinda like the one Germany used in WW2
It is theorised that the Automatons may be Nazis and that Super Earth calling them Socialist is meant to be a joke about how Americans think Nazism is Socialism (Super Earth is a parody of the USA, if you weren't aware). This would also explain why we haven't seen the cyborgs as they would presumably be seen as an inferior race and thus still be enslaved on Cyberstan.
As someone who has never played Helldivers, seeing all this lore and stuff is so sick.
Personal headcannon: they broadcast this on all of their controlled planets as both a morale booster for their troops and psychological warfare against the soldiers of Super Earth. This sounds like it could have come straight from the game, awesome job bro!

One's taste in music doesn't necessarily mean that they are a traitor just of the opinion that this song is currently better than the anthem for Super Earth. The proper democratic response would be to make a better anthem to help ensure continued loyalty and morale of all to Super Earth. Any other answer would be unacceptable and a waste of Super Earth resources. Edit:typo

The fact that in the end the automaton symbol becomes white and grows wings. I personally see that as a symbolization that both sides and idea's have truly merged. The Automaton's did keep their promise and not seek to enslave or exterminate. They're prime directive was to secure the fall of Super-Earth's OLD corrupt government. And the Automaton logo growing wings suggest that it's essentially now a sort of Automaton Democratic government. (And i mean ACTUAL democracy, not what the old Super-Earth called 'democracy')
