Well she is a pve unit so strictly fan service and no reason to pay anything if you snag her with free gems or tickets.

Played for years the game can be beaten without paying, just login daily. The events will really do justice and get you good characters, some times a selector ticket. Paying is only if you have a love for that character when they come to banner. And don’t have the resources. Also aim for Arks as a new player, useless to have a good character without powers. And if you don’t have great hero adel you should be focused on him in the current banner. Hits twice as high damage numbers as this chick

This game have no Pity pull banner. So... Maybe choose what character you feel like to Pull or just wait for another Event or Collab

Don't listen to them, pity is for hoyo kids, collabs are limited and may never return. Anniversary units will be around many times over, it's like old school jrpgs having missable items or party members. And who knows, luck is funny, you may just pull fire. But save your tickets up and use them first before gems and then make a decision.
