17:29 same! I wasn’t in a fantasy mood at the time. So I’ve re-downloaded it to give it a second chance. If I don’t like it second time around then I know that urban fantasy (uf) is not for me. Coz this will be my third UF book that I haven’t gelled with and I’ll know not to pick those types of books up in the future

It’ll be a new comfort read like lady of darkness series’s 😊 Also, I felt the same about Book of Azriel. I wasn’t entirely feeling it and I can’t even remember what happened tbf. But I really want to know what happens in the rest of the series so I may give it another go as I’m in my fantasy era 😅

The tv show vs the book of the Last Kingdom has quite a few differences. I read the books while watching. I like the way the books portray things better.

I think the problem is there is just doesn't have a story, just somethings happend, there is full of drama and no character development. I'm sorry but characters acting wasn't affected me.

I’ve finished reading Glow and the ending had me in a chokehold!!! I cannot wait to start Gold soon when I get the physical book. I swear I’m falling in love with Slade more and more every book 😭😫 and don’t get me started on OSRIK🙂‍↕️ I completed the Kingdom of the Wicked series this week it was so good I couldn’t put it down and had to read to find out what happens. I would say even if you feel unsure about the first one trust me the story/intensity and the characters are wayyyyy better in the second book. I honestly think you’ll love it. I still can’t stop thinking about Wrath 😩🙃 easily become one of my top favourites
