We don’t typically quote a panel price like that because each project has unique attributes that impact the price. We don’t sell panels, we sell projects and the panels are a part of the project. Lumber price, quality, strength, and species also impact the price of the panels. To give you a rough price would be something like $32 USD per square foot. So a 40’ panel in 5 ply would be 160 sf, so the panel would price $5,120. That gives you a rough idea of pricing.

@@NSResponder when you consider that you not only get structure, but you also get a premium exposed finish on your ceilings and feature walls, it’s a pretty incredible value.

The finger jointer uses a purebond adhesive from Henkel (Loc-tite brand). For the press we use a Hexion two part MF adhesive. The same that’s used in plywood and traditional glulam. The adhesives are clear or white(ish) in color and go through a high frequency press to achieve consistent bonding every time.

They create heat and the heat activates the adhesive. It’s very efficient because the glue is conductive and attracts the HF waves, so the heat is concentrated where it’s most effective.

We use softwoods, but we will be testing some hardwoods later this year.

@@NSResponder it’s works well. We’re actually doing some further work with a partner from the east coast that will result in full certification of hardwoods. I would expect that to be completed sometime this fall. Initial testing when well. The most difficult part is having a lumber handling system on for dimensional softwood and thinner hardwood boards. Most systems don’t do it all. Our system is not ideally setup for 1” boards and thinner so we may have to make some adjustments.

I don’t see why not. We would need to look at the specifics of the project, but the glulam beams can be treated or sealed to last a long time even in challenging environments.

Typically a panelized exterior insulation, then siding on the outside. Doing so correctly can achieve excellent energy efficiency performance.

They can be insulated in a number of ways. Usually with a panelized system on the exterior. The thermal mass of wood performs well in both maintaining temperature and air sealing when taped. Insulation made of wood fiber, rock wool, recycled newspapers/corrugated boxes, foam, or fiberglass.

Kung Fu Panda it’s pretty tight, but I think you’ll want to either have the quad lock case for everyday or use your other case. The beauty of it is that it slides in and out of your pocket easy, yet snaps into place securely. Hope that helps.

boardbysled there are so many great creators out there. I enjoy watching videos about cars, in that space my favorites are Doug Demuro, Vehicle Virgins, and Tavarish. Other amazing creators are Jon Olson, Casey Neistat, Warner Nickerson, Gary Vaynerchuck, and the guys from Video Influencers. There are many out there, but I’ve learned a great deal from those creators. There are some amazing women creating content out there as well. The best creators are consistently putting out video content. That seems to best build an audience.

Zac, I’ve used a screen protector on most of my phones. The glass stick-on types. Fortunately, I’ve never had a situation where my phone has come off while riding. Much of the time while I’m riding for triathlon training I’ll just leave it on my arm for a faster transition. The bike quad lock has a press release on the back for extra stable hold.

Jackson Cunha, thanks for watching and your suggestion. The run kit works great. I have one at my home and I keep one in my bag. They are very durable and work well. The only issues I’ve had is on a previous case, the locking part started to crack and break. I contacted Quad Lock with some images and they sent me a brand new case. The arm band had a blue release button, but the windshield/windscreen mount doesn’t. When the case wears the mount can get loose and struggles to stay in place. I’d suggest that they add the release to that mount as well. I use it daily and wouldn’t change it.
