Sir, I was asked by ombudsman to sent consent for hearing and other docu,which I have summited and after few days I have received email form NivaBupa insurance team that they are ready for settlement inspite of going for hearing and once they process amount I should take back the case. I responded with Yes to accept the amount. After asking for status NivaBupa team said payment is in process and still the amount is not received to me and Ombudsmen emailed me saying Ann VI A updated which I did not understood. My question here is within how much time insurance company will pay the amount ?? and Ann VI A updated ,What does it mean ??

Sir, can you share me the format of rhe email you gave to insurance samadhan? The thing is, I registered on it after i already sent my appeal letter to Ombudsman (which they accepted.) I initially thought it will be company who will actively help me telling various ways which will help me to 10 percent get claim of my poicy, but whenever i call them, they always passively reply 'they will look into it.' Or 'we will tell you once the hearing date has arrived' Today my hearing date has arrived, but they say they will discuss with me about 1 day before the hearing date. I am tired of their passiveness regarding my case which is really important for my financial condition. I want a better lawyer and dont want them anymore.
