Put some sting in the cylinder, through the Spark plug hole, fill it up. Crank wont move, then you can spin the nut of easily.

Probably left hand threads and the first attempts were made by trying counterclockwise which was tightening it and the last attempt was by turning the impact to tighten or clockwise. Just have to think about some things when you don’t know and the first attempts don’t work.
