When was the fence installed between platforms 2 - 3? I used to commute from Romford to Liverpool St years ago and no fence was on the island platform.

The platforms are not long enough at wood grange park thats why c2c does not stop there On weekends 2x 8 Coach c2c services go to liverpool street an hour (Scheduled) these trains are to long for the platforms at wood grange park

Nice vid, mates. Chadwell Heath was the station I used to travel to from Leeuwarden NL, where I live. From Leeuwarden through Rotterdam and the Hook of Holland, then by ferry to Harwich, fast train to Liverpool Street Station and back down the line to CH. I see nothing much has changed the last 30 years, only the trains have become more modern. Thanks again, I enjoyed it.

Thanks, I the staff are fine, I didn't ask for permission, I just went straight to the platform end and they left me alone
I was on this, ran 15 early as far as Ilford then they sent us round the back of Forest Gate on the goods loop and held us there, eventually got into Liverpool St :P
I was actually going to see it at Stratford, and went on platform 5 to see it, I then found it was due through P9 but by then it was too late, luckily the 321 I was on managed to get into Liv St before the tour did
I remember getting held outside of Liv St and a 321 pass us, haha!
