Exactly,i am from Kerala i am staying in pune for last 3 year.Most of the traffic blocks in pune is caused by wrong way of taking turn especially by 4 wheelers jamming the road.

Distracted driving by the car, yes bike is the culprit here however driver had enough indications of impending accident.

The scooty guy was moving to the right without indicator causing the white hyundai to brake suddenly. If a vehicle in front of you brakes suddenly, you shouldn't hit the brakes instinctively, that is what will cause a pile up. Dashcam guy efficiently avoided a collision for everyone involved. Still he gets blamed, typical India.
