blood isnt the hospital's fault, anywhere you go, you have to go book blood at the national blood bank, before the OP. If its considered high risk kana blood type isipo, the OP may even be delayed, however for pregnancies panenge pasina yekuita ka OP yakuda kuitwa. so yeah, it aint their fault and am very sorry for your loss
