How do I turn off the echo sound
This product doesn't have an echo effect adjustment. If there's feedback due to loud volume causing a squeal, here are some improvement suggestions: 1. Place the microphone away from the speaker's mouth. 2. Lower the microphone volume to around 8-12, with 8 being the minimum. Alternatively, decrease the speaker's MIC volume a bit.

This thing is terrible. It has a tension thing going on and the joints don't hold the arms up, even when a mic isn't attached. I have chatted on your website and only an auto Chinese response.

this arm is terrible - the ergonomics are bad it hurts to tighten the locks - and then still the arm moves - I am an industrial design professor and I am shocked about the flaws in this product - a cheap 30$ arm will do just fine and better ....
