Why My Cat Refuses to Sleep on the Bed Anymore: The Truth About Cat Preferences
Gesabelle is such a picky one-not just with her food but even with her choice of sleeping spots. For the longest time, she would always sleep with me on the bed, and that became our routine.
But ever since Hypnos started sharing the bed, she stopped, maybe because I’ve been giving her fewer treats or because she doesn’t want to be near him.
One time, she made herself comfortable on my laptop bag, which she seemed to love. I eventually put it back in the closet since, well, it’s not really meant to be a bed! 😅
Tonight, I thought I’d try placing the laptop bag on the bed to encourage her to join me, but she didn’t. She was sniffing around, probably looking for her scent. I guess she doesn’t like Hypnos’ scent on the bed. Oh well, cats certainly have their own minds!
