Well I believe they do that because the process maybe overwhelming for some people to fill out all the information for each card so they send them to someone who knows what they are doing! He could swap it but not sure if there is a list that comes with your return! Thank you! 👍🏼🙌🏼

True...I guess that's the chances that people have to take when going through a third party.

I send off cards myself. The appeal with a 3rd party is the pricing can be lower because they have the highest membership and send bulk all the time. The process isn’t too difficult anymore, it used to be a lot harder without the online submission process.
