I love my Cast Iron Pots and Pans. I have never heard of this Swamp Soup. I do love me some greens. I love cooking with my wooden Spoons. I have a special one I use for making Stews or Gumbos. One thing I understand the Can items, I don't use can things I use Fresh greens and Beans. WOW That looks really Good I will have to try this out. YES You have me at Cornbread with it. Yes I agree My grandmother always said Don't say you don't like it unless you have tried it.

Swamp Soup looks good. Reminds me of old times growing up in Florida and prepping for the next hurricane. Start the greens and the beans, fill the tub, put plywood on the windows, and clear the yard. Keep filling bottles and pots with water. Then eating by candlelight while listening to the battery powered radio. And praying.

I love soup, sausage & all beans. I have not tried greens but I will pick up a can & try them. I only use butter too. You are correct it is healthier for us. Thanks for the video! Praying you stay safe.
