😃😃 It never occurred to me, an Australian named Kiwi, by the way, kiwi is a male and a proud father of 6 babies 😀 and probably 7th if lemon his mate doesn't abandon the last egg!!

No she was quite young at that time, later her sera turned pink and then she had babies too, definitely a girl 😀

Feeding a budgie with whet food like sallad, cucumber, fruits etc. affects their digestion system but cures by itself keeping the whet food away some day or so. No other stomach trouble has been experienced here. Budgies try to eat everything. Imagine the little budgie trying to drag away a slice of pork....
Wow! How old are they?
Sure they explore everything. Sometimes on purpose, sometime by accident. Our budgie once landed on the flour bag, and fell down into it..... One trip into the pantry ended in falling into the butter box. One landing on the edge of a glas of lemonade turned into a nose dive down in the glass. Luckily mum grabbed his tail feathers and pulled him up. Lots of coughing followed... Once father closed a door and his tail feathers were caught.... The life of a budgie ain't easy...

What to feed new born babies
You can buy baby bird feeding formula from a pet store but believe me it's very difficult to feed the younglings.
