Point of corruption. Alden never used JR Rendenbach's leather soles on their shoes. The leather soles they used are not Oak bark but of poor quality that vanishes by the edges. 10:17

Enjoyed the video. I've got four pairs of Ft Belvedere socks. Outstanding quality and love the design. I realize I'm late to this video but here's a suggestion: do these reviews while sitting or standing at a table or desk so we can see the products better. Also, don't drop the background music. It's too distracting. Finally, take some shots of wearing the socks.

I certainly need to up my sock game. GG and Kirby are out of my price range especially with the current exchange rate. I do like GGs stripped socks being vertical and the idea that you can tie the two colors into your outfit. It may sound odd but I did first try women's knee high socks that looked suitable for men in color, thickness and texture; just to see how knee high socks would feel. It was a game changer to not feel like I had to keep pulling up my socks.

I am here to hear your words, not music to distract me from what you are saying.Good topic and questions. You don't mention gently used, but if one goes that route try to make sure the items fit. If they don't fit make sure you are willing to pay the tailor costs, otherwise the item will just sit around. If you are willing to get an item tailored: 1. Do not buy an item smaller than your size. and 2. Buy an item that is only one size larger, not two and three times your size.

Thanks for the informative video. I use shoe pads for the inside off Amazon. Lots of choices. Might take a few tries to find the right ones. I use them in all my boots and shoes. It helps me walk more regularly

The only issue with single vented jackets is that, for some physiques, the single vent will gap, which is not a very flattering look. But if you don’t experience that problem when you wear a single vent jacket, there’s no reason not to wear it.

Think about it this way - your shoes are likely preventing you from fixing your problems. I have low arches and I overpronate, I always have. If I went to a podiatrist, they would probably tell me that I need orthotics, but I actually don't. I wear completely flat shoes now with minimal issues. There are many problems with modern shoes, and one of those problems is the toe box. Look at your feet, and then look at your shoes. Shoes are not foot-shaped. In order for us to stand and move properly, we need our toes to spread out, but they're squished together by our shoes. If you take your shoes off, point your big toes straight forward, shift your weight onto the outside of your feet, and straighten your hips so that they're not tilting forward or backward, your arches will lift. If you really have flat feet or low arches, it won't look like a lot, but it will still be noticeable. Our big toes are important in forming our arches. Pushing the big toe inwards collapses the arch, which is exactly what happens in our shoes. Squishing our toes together in narrow, pointed shoes also causes bunions, and who wants bunions? Other shoe issues are that they have thick, rigid soles. A large percentage of the nerves we have in our body are in the bottom our feet. They're supposed to tell our brain what we're stepping on so we can adjust properly. If we can't feel the ground, how can we accurately adjust to our environment? Also, our feet are very flexible and can conform around objects, our shoes should do the same. Our shoes also often have raised heels, which makes us lean forward, and we have to compensate by leaning our spine backward, which is how we end up with our posture all out of whack. We get a zig-zag going on with our posture from our feet to our head. The raised heel also shortens our achilles, which leads to achilles injuries. Arch support is nonsense. Our feet are made up of many bones and muscles, and low/ collapsed arches can be attributed to weakness of those muscles. Genuine flat feet will always appear to be flat, but can still be just as healthy as anyone else's feet. When our arm muscles are weak, we don't put them in braces, we exercise them. We've lived a lifetime with bad shoes, and we're seeing the effects of it. So how do you fix weak feet? Start by taking your shoes off. Just moving around barefoot helps strengthen your feet, but it's not that simple. Like I mentioned above, there are a number of things to address just to get your arch to be visible, and those changes apply to walking and running and everything else too. You have to retrain how you move, and it takes a while. When you do wear shoes, luckily there are plenty of options to choose from these days. That's right, we're talking about barefoot shoes. Hey, remember those toe shoes? They're like that but minus the individual toes. Thin, flat, flexible, and foot-shaped. There are even some more formal options if you need to dress up. Me, my low arches, and my overpronation, took on barefoot shoes 5 months ago and I'm never going back to regular shoes. HELL NO. I worked 13 hours in a retail store on Black Friday in barefoot shoes and all I had was sore feet. No joint pain. Once you learn how to move properly, it's only a matter of building up the strength to do it for longer and longer. It's a very slow process, I still have a long way to go, but it's so worth it. If you have flat feet and want to fix the problem, not just cover it up, then check out the TH-cam channel 'Grown and Healthy'.
