Drones, Aerial Phenomenon & The Bible
There is no doubt about it, we are living in some strange times. In November of 2024, New Jersey citizens began reporting sightings of strange drone-like objects lingering over their neighborhoods, bodies of water and even over military bases. Since that time, the department of defense has received over 5,000 reports of unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP). To make matters worse, government officials have been anything but transparent about what’s going on and have downplayed what appears to the American public like either a security threat or an alien invasion.
Many of the reports, even from the experts, are suggesting that the size of these UAP’s is much larger than common drones, many reports suggest they are the size of cars. Their peculiar movements are also inexplicable and not like common aircrafts.
Social media and talking heads have had a field day with this of course, but on today’s show, want to look at the history of this technology and then look for instances within scripture where we find examples of “UAP’s” and then try and draw some hyposthesis about what we are seeing in our news cycle and in our skies.
Pastor Brandon Briscoe, the provost of Living Faith Bible Institute, has invited Brian Bustos on the show for today's conversation. Brian is an instructor at the Living Faith Bible Institute and also the Director of Experience Strategy at one of Fortune’s top 100 innovative companies, where he focuses heavily on emerging technologies like genAI.

The flesh wars against the spirit. Life is about pleasing God
I’ve done much reading about the Waldenses over the years but I had never heard that they believed in transubstantiation up to the time of the Reformation. Quite to the contrary, they had rejected this doctrine according to everything I have seen. On the other hand, as much as I would love for them to have been decidedly credobaptist, and certainly they baptized adult converts who came out of the RCC, but it seems that at times they did also baptize their own babies. If they were terrified of the authorities, some may baptize their babies in the RCC, but then rebaptize them in their own fellowship. However, there are also sources that indicate that they often defended baptism at a later age. I wonder if this varied by group and era. Another possible early “founder” (not really a founder, but an early leader, himself a bishop in the Catholic Church, yet speaking out against their false teaching, at a time of needful break with the State Church, was Claudius of Turin. I think the idea that Waldo was their founder is almost impossibly unlikely. Anyway, thank you for shedding light on this fascinating group, faithful martyrs before our God. The Lord will vindicate them!
Greetings in Jesus Name Wonderful teaching, it's not you but the very Spirit of God Himself, Praise be to God
Amen brother Amen!
Please bear with me here: Mark 13:32-37 " But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. For the Son of Man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch." That's exactly what I believe. It's also ironic in verse 35 Jesus mentions 4 watches of the night, evening, midnight, cockcrowing (pre dawn) and morning. And you have 4 different rapture teachings also, pre trib, mid trib, pre wrath, and post trib. It's an antinomy in scripture: what appears to be contradiction but each argument has equal backing. Jesus said "you don't know, so WATCH!" In fact, at least while He was in flesh, even He didn't know!" Yet people stand on one position or another, make their charts, and argue over this. I don't know, and we are not meant to know. 2) 1 Thessalonians 5:9 is often the "go to" verse for pretribulation rapture, but it's being taken out of context. They will argue, "God has not appointed us to wrath!" Let's examine the whole context, 1 Thessalonians 5:8-10, "But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him." For a helmet, the hope of salvation. Paul refers back to the armor of God in Ephesians 6, the helmet of salvation, which comes from Isaiah 59:17. This refers to salvation from our sins. Note, then it goes on to say, For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain SALVATION by our Lord Jesus Christ. Now look at John 3:36, He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the WRATH of God abideth on him." There's the wrath we are not appointed to. The wrath of God abides on those who do not believe, and therefore do not obtain salvation. It's not the tribulation! People say the wrath is the tribulation, but it's not. Even if we were to look at God's wrath in the tribulation, this coincides with the 7 vials of the wrath of God, and the great winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God shown in Revelation 15:1 & 19:15. Some try to argue the whole tribulation is the wrath of God based on Revelation 6:17, "For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?" And they think Revelation is all in chronological order but it's not. It's just like Daniel. It repeats and expands on a topic and gives more information. For example look at Revelation 6:14 & 16:20 "And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places." "And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found." Same event! So even if we were to really stretch 1 Thessalonians 5:9 to mean God's wrath poured out during the tribulation (and we already see it's referring to salvation), it only supports the pre wrath theory. But, could Jesus appear at any moment? Sure. Could He come prior to the tribulation? Sure. Could he come during or after the tribulation? Sure. He tells us simply watch and pray, and when you see the signs, look up for your redemption draweth nigh. 3) Yes, if we read the epistles it seems the Apostles did expect Jesus to return any time, and the event is compared to a thief in the night. It suddenly springs upon you. What Scripture doesn't show us is the exact timing in relation to the tribulation. We can look at Luke 21:36 where it says, "Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man." Some assume this means we'll escape as in not be here; others teach it means we escape out of, or are not affected by, such as Israel being present in Egypt for the plagues, but the worst of the plagues not falling on Goshen, and also Revelation 7:14, "These are they which came OUT OF great tribulation." We also have 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4, "Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God." This appears to say our gathering together unto Christ won't happen until antichrist is revealed, and after the great apostacy. Yet people teach, "We won't see the antichrist." The falling away seems to be happening, but we don't see one specific antichrist, though we see many antichrists as John explains in 1 John 4:3 Truth is, the exact time of the rapture is a complete mystery, and Jesus words in Mark 13 make that very clear, so much so that even He didn't know, at least at that time prior to His resurrection. Which is another mystery: Does Jesus know now, at the right hand of the Father? I believe He does, but that's still speculation. It's OK to say "I don't know" when it comes to things like this, especially the antinomies in the Bible. Deuteronomy 29:29, "The secret things belong unto the Lord our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law” Application & Conclusion: Revelation 16:17, And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. Praise God, that set fixed day WILL come, and when it's uttered, "it is done" that's when we who believe unto salvation are delivered and inherit the kingdom, but the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God shall fall upon the ungodly, and yes; even those who "believe" in God like the devils do, and who have a form of godliness but deny the power thereof, and say, "But Lord, didn't we prophecy in your name, and cast out devils, and do many wonderful works?" Oh, the wrath and the consuming fire will burn up all the chaff, and all the tares, and the foolish virgins who know about the light, and know they need the light, and even have the lamps, but have no oil - these shall be shut out. The door was shut just as God shut the door of the ark; exactly like that: the saved, the purchased possession safe inside, while the ungodly who are unprepared are shut out. Oh examine yourselves whether ye be in the faith: work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, because, "the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless." (2 Peter 3:10-14) Make sure your soul is secure in Christ, that ye abide in Him, and are grafted in, bonded and strong, partaking of that living water that only Jesus can provide, and then shall you know righteousness, and seek first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and by faith stepping in, pressing in, into the door and shall go in and out and find pasture. Amen! "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words." - 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18
Thank you for sharing this ❤

This topic is so interesting and so deep. Id really like and need to hear the next episode about it. 😊❤️

Cessationists always take everything out of context. The gifts will cease when we see Jesus "face to face" (I Cor 13:12).
“No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him…” John 6:44 What has the priority? Is it the Father drawing those who will be raised to everlasting life, or is it the dead sinner choosing to come to Jesus before the Father draws him/her? I refused to come to Jesus until God intervened and I received the Spirit of adoption. But that wouldn’t feel right to someone desiring the glory rather than to accept Scripture at face value that you and I were both dead in our sins and transgressions until God‘s grace was lavished on us to the praise of His glorious grace.
Yet the canonisation of the books in the bible, and the defence of the arian heretics who denied the divinity of Christ, and the formal articulation of the Trinity was all by these Church fathers.
Thank you. God's promises to Israel are irrevocable and will be fulfilled in the future.
So glad this is talked about.. acceptance and validation is hard to find in the world.. but so true Jesus wants us to do in obedience to him speak in obedience to him but so much people like the blessings and not really interested in going forward with the Lord. It is discouraging but we keep on. God so worth it❤
Thanks Pastor
Can anyone answer two questions? 1 - If 70 AD was the Nation of Israel's punishment for rejecting their Messiah, what are they being punished for during the end time Tribulation? Isn't that double jeopardy if it's also for their rejection of Messiah? 2 - If innumerable Gentiles are going to be sitting with Abraham, Issac and Jacob at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, and the sons of the Kingdom (Nation of Israel) are going to be cast out into outer darkness, gnashing their teeth, how can Dispensationalists say the Tribulation will be a great success for the Hebrew Nation? Matthew 8:10-12 KJV When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, *_I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel._* [11 ]I say to you that *_many will come from east and west, and recline at the table with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob_* in the kingdom of heaven; [12] *_but the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into the outer darkness;_* in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
I think different about it. It seems very theoretical to argue that the mark of the beast could/would potentially be taken by a saved believer who is then not saved anymore and goes to hell. I think that we are caught up by Christ prior to the tribulation. But the mark of the beast can not be an argument for a rapture prior, because it is also not an argument for a work based salvation during the tribulation. We are not saved by our own works, never have been, never will be, but only by Gods grace. I think that not a single future/potential believer will take the mark of the beast because that means that this person actively decides to follow Satan and that wont happen to somebody who will in the end accept Jesus Christ. And my argument is not, that taking the mark as the logical consequence causes eternal damnation, hence that person cant chose Christ anymore. I argue that simply not a single person who potentially (and finally actually) accepts Jesus could/would/will ever take the mark. That part in revelation does not describe the "difficult decision making" of people during the 7 years. It just describes that some will follow Satan and that are those who would always follow Satan and never ever accept Christ. The purpose of the increasing wrath of God, which starts relatively moderate with the 1st seal, increases to the trumpets and bowls and ends in hell, is the lesson that God teaches every single one to make a decision. Either chose Christ, who took Gods wrath for you or take it yourself. But the reprobate mind, the blasphemers of the Holy Spirit will never accept God and submit to what He stands for: Truth, justice, love, unity, righteousness, ... In the same way I argue, that the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit or respectively not blaspheming the Holy Spirit is a saving works. Like taking the mark is it just rejecting Christ. 1 medal, two sides but both the same. The one who takes the mark takes it because he wants Satan. A believer could and will never chose Satan, because he already chose Christ. Its impossible that a saved person does otherwise. Remember that we are bond slaves of Christ. Even if we would face Gods tribulation and horrific suffering, the Holy Spirit we received when born again would never ever allow us to accept the mark nor would He leave us that weak to take it or however you want to phrase it.
Thought about it again to say it easier: maybe this way... Blaspheming the Holy Spirit as well as Taking the Mark is not a works. it is not an action. The way our Bibles describe it makes it easy to believe that its an action that is described... But its a mindset. Its a character
@@HB_IE52829 I see it ALLLLLLLLLLL the time, where those who align with a "POST" trib position say, "Don't take the mark, don't take the mark!" *smh* Those that DO take the mark are separated from Christ for all of eternity, so no...a believer can not/would not take the mark, & it's not even an issue, because the church is _GONE_ by that time a/way.
Most modern churchs. They are hubs of entertainment, and ted talks.
Exactly! Churches don't preach the Word of God. Also, social media is addictive and people do not want to put to death the desires of the flesh as we should. I'm guilty and am praying about not watching TH-cam Shorts but I want to read and study the Word.
I have been part of a couple of comtemplative groups and I think this only covers half of it. Contemplative practices like Lectio Divine are about reflecting upon long passages of scripture in context. Defintely engaging the heart and the mind. I currently attend a Quaker unprogrammed meeting and there the understanding is that participants wait upon God to speak, typically through Scripture. For any Christians (especially from Charismatic backgrounds) this shouldn't be all that suprising. Mediative practices which involve clearing the mind can be incredibly helpful. Studies show that it helps concentration, improving empathy etc. Christians don't own this type of silent meditation, but there is a long tradition of it within the church and why not incorporate it?
It’s crazy that since then White has just been trying to gaslight us about what he believes on this matter #BaalGate
We see in part and prophesy in part….. Darby, Scofield and their followers have taken Christianity for a ride…. We know in part and prophesy in part … 1 Corinthians 13:9-12….. we’ll all be proved wrong…..
John 2;19 " Destroy this temple and in three days, I'll raise it up " .
Andy has one major problem- he was never saved. He is a heretic who should be avoided at all cost. I want nothing to do with him
Doing my own research on Wright I found your discussion here so very helpful and educational. I knew something didn't sit right with me with Wright! And you guys greatly helped to define that.
Anabaptists are NOT a branch of Baptists--they are the progenitors of groups now called Baptists. They originated at the same time as Protestants, as a result of studying the Bible together, and discovered believers baptism. Faithfulness in those beliefs got them in trouble with the three neighboring religious empires--Lutherans, Calvinists, and Roman Catholics.
CONTEMPLATIVE PRAYER IS NOT ROCKET SCIENTIST. Contemplative prayer is when the Christian believer is able to completely shut down their carnal mind, and is so astounded and mesmerised by the loving, forgiving, kind and benevolent nature of God, thus the worshipper cannot express what they feel in words, all that is left is to gaze upon the character of God in amazement and adoration. It is another form of deep worship devoid of the mundane. This is what "Be still (arrest the carnal mind), and know that I am God" means.
Wow, this one is really interesting. Thankful for this unique series
Great vid! I like how you addressed all the positions
Wow. All the folks who think he's questioning the message - he's asking you to make sure YOU understand why you believe. You know, experience and reason - and establish your faith based the messages that come from a text often changed, rewritten, and conveyed through many cultures as it was told and retold. He's helping you form a foundation without taking anything for granted. All these are good things, not following blindly without thought and consideration.
Very interesting! I love the teaching more of the true church of Christ the Catholic Church.
I was just having this like LET US WAKE UP convo with my sister 😮🎉❤
Woow .An inspiring story.Where in Nairobi is the church located?
Hi @MarciaTisa, Here is Living Faith Nairobi's website: www.lfnairobi.com/ I hope this helps!
Thank you for this presentation. There are so many attacks on dispensarionalism and people cannot see and understand truth. Paul was the first to teach dispensationalism when the mysteries were revealed to him as the chosen vessel, (which is a beautiful picture of teaching being poured into him and his being filled and then he went out and dispensed it to the church and the world through his preaching and writing.) People cannot see, perhaps they haven't persevered in study and have an irresistible urge to question God's word so that they are limited in understanding and have been unconditionally elected to have total inability to know truth.
Dr. James White has a twin?????
Just discovering this episode and channel. Infants and young children are innocent and loved by God. Amen!
Read your Bible asking God for wisdom and clarity guidance and help in every situation every day 🙏
Regarding, "but when that which is perfect is come".... ( How is this statement discerned? ) It was stated that this means, when the Word of God, The Holy Bible is completed. This does make sense, that then the gifts will cease because the gift on tongues specifically was for a sign, to the unbelieving Jew. To help convert them. But as using this gift in today's modern church, it's not necessary because we have the Word of God now that was authored by the Holy Spirit, also each believer indwells the Holy Spirit, and it's the Holy Spirit that speaks and draws the unbeliever to Himself.
These folks don’t believe in the guidance of the Holy Spirit, which is all over Bible
Super Metroid! Amen!
Thanks a million for opening up the Scriptures concerning this topic and establishing the truth. May God grant you His blessings going forward. Thanks for enabling me to see more clearly 🙏🏾🕊️
God bless you brothers!!!!!!
