wtf this happened to me too, but somewhere entirely else. I think I somehow dash clipped into an obstacle which resulted in the game teleporting me to the location of an earlier safefile without actually loading said safefile.... might be an interesting technique for speedrunners?....
This has just given me an idea...

I tried, things went sideways 😭
if you do that gig after taking care of hansen, its pretty much impossible to do it in stealth because the barghest guys randomly become agressive to you for no reason, which counts as you being detected even if you already left the building and the optional stealth approach has been ticked off as accomplished. I reloaded different saves and tried it again but it always happened.
