AlpenFury Canada's Wonderland Analysis: The Insane New for 2025 Multi-Launch Roller Coaster!
Yeah Steel Force is still one of my favorite coasters. I just recently got back on it a couple weeks ago and I got such strong air time over the bunny hills that the small of my back was at the top of the train car and when we crest the hill and train pulled down my back folded backwards over the train car. It was insane! The coolest Steel Force moment I’ve ever experienced
@@lexsellsmerch3512, that’s crazy! Thank you for sharing!
@ yeah it was awesome! I love that coaster so thank you for putting a spotlight on an all time classic :)
@, it’s a great coaster, and you’re welcome!
thanks for the review! Some people say it doesnt have airtime, but it sounds like a skill issue lol
@@thisguy_w0n, you’re welcome!
It depends entirely on the row you sit in, similar to a lot of tall coasters with such a long train. If you sit on the wrong row, usually toward the back/middle, the airtime actually isn't all that pronounced.
@@ThousanWhite, that’s a good point.
After riding this 13 times, I gotta say, my favorite place to ride is Row 5, on the left seat.
@@ThousanWhite, that’s great. Thank you for sharing!

Great video! How are the crowds/lines this time of year?
@@vtpnoy thank you! The crowds are not bad at all. The park also has great operations!
They need to bring back the buzz bars.
@@urbex_coasters, they do. The ride is not the same.
@@CoasterAdventuresNow It was my first coaster, I'm sad to see it butchered with ratchet bars (not like they don't have the machinary to make buzz bars, they do. Something not a lot of people know about PTC. The parks just haven't requested them other than as spare parts (Phoenix). Hershey actively chose ratchet bars). Just one of many ways Hersheypark means a lot to me. Some of the other notable things: Candymonium was my 200th credit (even if I think it's a lower tier B&M, still signifigant) and it's the place to get me out of my parents house (through scare acting last year, housing was provided)
@@urbex_coasters, that’s interesting, and thank you for sharing!
@@CoasterAdventuresNow There are certainly some backend things I know that I don't know if Hershey wants getting out from having done it last year (I've moved on to other things since but it was a good starter for leaving my parents). I won't give specifics but I'll say the debates about Orion...Candymonium should've been the coaster to be subjected to that instead. I'll let you figure out what that means.
@@urbex_coasters, that’s great to know, and that makes sense.
I rode this for the first time last week and I LOVE it. Sure, I never had the privilege of riding this with the old restraints but it is still my favorite ride in the park (yes, I think it's better than Wild Cats Revenge, I said it).

This past June I got my first night ride on 305 and I was really to put it higher than Fury but then the day after so many good rides after 3 rides I couldn’t take it anymore. It’s just to hard on the body and those snaps started hurting.
@@JJJJ-he8bz, that’s true. It really is a hard ride to marathon. Thank you for sharing!
I rode Great Bear when I was at Hershey Park on August 20, 2022. I enjoyed it so much that I couldn’t help but say to the next rider who asked me if it’s that scary, “You’ll be glad you went on it.” But I don’t know if the next rider really enjoyed it like me.

Does Phantom’s big 228 ft drop feel as bad as Fury 325’s??? I hated how Fury’s first drop felt like an eternity and refused to sit in the back of the train. However, I love ejector airtime!!!!

at the 3:31 mark I always said that view reminds me of if somebody had a coaster in their backyard. The way itws built into the landscaping. Anyone that hasnt been to Tampa Bush Gardens, this view is from part of the line queue. Its got a netting but you can aim your phone thru the net. But I remember the same view in a picture or video way back in 2001 and 2005 when I went on 2 roller coaster vacations. I hit Cedar Point and other Ohio parks and Bush Gardens and other Florida parks. This was one of my fav rides.

@@christhickson7950, I had totally forgotten about Dragon Mountain.
Great pov! I use a GoPro Hero 9, but I don’t know the best settings for POV’s like this. What settings do you use?
Thank you! For most rides, I use SuperView, 4K/5K at at least 30 frames per second. As for white balance, I keep it at around 5000 Kelvin. This tends to work best in most conditions.
I rode it a week after it opened, 5 out of 10 ride. Has a rattle to it, and it only operates with one train and the dispatches are over 3 minutes.
@@CentralFloridaCoasters, thank you for sharing. The dispatches do take a long time, which is why it’s best to hit it earlier in the day, as it frequently gets 60-minute-plus waits
What’s up with the way Sea World is treating BG these days ? One train? Really? That can’t be true for peak season? The theming in this video is terrible. You even admitted as much while trying to gloss over it. They did the same lame theming job for Pantheon at BGW. I’m very disappointed in this trend. Is Sea World becoming the new “previous Six Flags”? Not smart. I was at BGW last month and walked on to Pantheon but, Darkcoaster (the family ride) had a 90 minute wait! Fortunately, it broke down (Thanks Intamin!) which cleared the cues and when we came back it was about a 30 minute wait. Still not cool. At least Darkcoaster is not far from the 50 cent beer stand!! That helps the wait for a family coaster more tolerable…
@@Gheestarr, hopefully SeaWorld does not become a budget chain especially with the Busch Gardens parks
Since when the hell was this coaster renamed?

I grew up and still live east coast VA for just over 30 years now. King's Dominion was always the better park but Busch Gardens is an hour closer so we always went there more often. Once I could drive myself, my friends and I would always go the extra hour to Kings Dominion instead. KD has also dropped in quality since Paramount sold it so only time will tell if this new area expansion can help revitalize the park.
