Beginner Core Strengthening Workout (class 5) | Mat, Weight, & Mini Band
Welcome to the final video in our Beginner Core Strengthening Series! 🎉 Today, we’re taking it up a notch to get your heart rate pumping and your muscles working hard. With the help of a mini band, we’ll elevate your core workout and target your outer glutes, obliques, and inner thighs for a well-rounded burn.
