Hey, sorry for the late response, TH-cam doesn't send me comment notifications. These are the RC4WD Mud Bashers. They're way shorter than stock, but perform really well, they're way softer than stock

I've had 1/10 scale rigs that didn't look half as convincing as this 1/18th scale truck, FMS does fantastic hard bodies

that makes me wonder how would the injora 40mm scx24 big bore shocks work on this. not sure about the difference in travel, but they're plusher and smoother (something i'm not quite 100% sure would make that much of a difference at this scale and weight, but one wonders... :))
Interesting that you mention those, I actually tried those exact shocks out for this build. They don't have enough travel for this build sadly. I do really want to get oil shocks in, but I'll need to make higher shock mounts to be able to run a longer shock before I can
@@demoths hmmm, iirc the old HotRacing scx24 oil shocks are longer? not as long as doublebarrel, but... or, with more tinkering, maybe some fcx24 shocks? (probably waaay too long)
@@praetor47the length isn't so much the issue as mounting position, longer oil shocks have the proper down travel but significantly limit up travel in comparison to the double barrels. If the mounts were higher, I could run long oil shocks with tons of travel, but not with the stock shock towers sadly

Love the stance, wheel and tire combo! Only tip I have is most of it is recorded too close imo. Other than that I think it's a great looking rig.

Sorry for the late response! At this stage I believe It was just aluminum axle housings, brass diff covers and knuckles, wheels, tires, and servo
