Welcome to MY TRAVEL VLOG Travels With PMB. Paul M. Bromfield and I travel. NOT A Travel Agency.
I wanted to start this channel because there are many times I am looking for a video of a review of a specific restaurant or a hotel on TH-cam and I could not find it.
This channel will therefore focus on restaurant reviews looking at the ambiance, decor, service and food.
I will also review hotels by looking at the rooms, (I will record the layout of the rooms), service and breakfast choices if applicable.
I cruise a lot for my vacations so I will take you aboard to look at the room, entertainment and food on the ship I am on. Also when I go to a resort.
I also love going to concerts and seeing Broadways shows. If possible, I will capture recordings of the concerts and for the Broadway shows.
There will be vlogging during and sometimes I will let you know of my experience afterwards.

I booked a Christmas cruise on Sunday and was confused about the increased values on my vacation breakdown and itinerary. This explains my confusion. Thank you

So the problem here is that we booked our cruise for June 2025 months ago. But they are saying you cruise has to be booked on or after 10/1/2024
@@fluffychenille Yes, I am going to call them today about how I can get those benefits. I have a cruise booked for April 2025. There may be an additional charge.
@@fluffychenille You will have to refare your cruise if the cruise is booked prior to October 1st to get everything. According to what they told me, anyone booked prior to 10/1 will get the unlimited beverage package, none of the other benefits
Call ncl before making any changes. I heard people who refused weren't eligible for it. Idk what is true but you should call ncl before trusting Facebook
@@mariebaird8152 I agree. i decided not to refare my cruise. I will get the premium drink package. I will miss out on the additional specialty restaurant that would add more gratuities and I always upgrade my wifi anyway to include streaming. It sort of evens out for me. I will just add some money on my sail and sign card if I want additional dining which seems, based on speaking with the representative, they may go more towards a set price for the restaurants instead of ala carte like they do for some of the restaurants without the specialty dining package.

My room will be L109, same ship, same deck, same cruise as yours…this month October 12, 2024. What obstruction do I expect from my balcony view? Thank you.
My deck was D. There were no obstructions on mine. If you are on L. You will be very high up on the ship. You shouldn't have any issues. If a balcony has an obstructed view they would sell it with that in the description. Thank you for watching. I hope you have a great time.

My room is next to the solo lounge. I read the comment below about noise. OMG, I hope noise is not going to be an issue. I usually go to be relatively early.
I have stayed in the Solo Studio Room twice now, but I was never that close to the lounge. Hopefully it will be ok or see if there is another room still available that is not so close to the lounge.

We usually skip this and only attend the Diamond party - but last cruise we decided to attend and actually won an award for naming the CD's! Great share!

@@pmbtravels So it depends on the ship. If there are only a few diamonds - they do a small party with unlimited drinks and lot of appetizers. The sr. officers are there, and they welcome you in and say a little speech and go around to the tables and talk to the guests. If there are a lot of diamonds, they do a separate lunch with a specific menu you can choose from. The sr. officers are there, and they introduce them all and the CD also does a little speech. Also unlimited drinks haha. We prefer the luncheon to the party. Hope you get to experience it one day!

#replaygang you will get feedback from all sorts of folks - we try not to make our videos too long but sometimes it is necessary. I would say do what you think makes it capture the moments and don't worry about what people say. We loved that video because it was unique for us.

I’m in 6506 in November, it has the wrap around balcony. I’m wondering if the bed is on the same side of the room as yours, hoping for the opposite side. Really want the brown couch & not the blue. I’m hoping you passed by 6506 while their was open & you peeked inside lol. My question for you is, were there stairs near your room that took you down to that terrazza area?
Thank you for watching. No I didn't look into 6506. LOL. I took the stairs near the elevator that would leave you at the beginning of the lounge. I went through the lounge to get to the Terrazza area. The stairs wasn't a far walk from the room. Hope you have a great vacation. I enjoyed my room. Please let me know what you thought of the room and the ship. I did an entire series of my stay on the Venezia.
