Used to see Wayne and his band at Al’s Crossroads East in Roebuck Alabama, a suburb of Birmingham in the mid to late seventies, he’s always been damned good, I just heard this song by him for the first time and it’s much better in this Blusey style than the First Addition, excellent work WAYNE, it sounds a lot like Stevie Ray to me 👍😎🎸🎼🎤Can’t wait to do this at my favorite haunts around the Cullman ALABAMA area BadAZZ

I loved Coach Bryant! I grew up wanting to play for him and went to the last game he coached in the Liberty Bowl when I was a Junior in HS. Class Act! Miss him ! RTR

Coach Bear Bryant was great friends with my cousin, Al Topazi, (Al used to run the press box at Legion field in Birmingham for years) so after I got out of the Navy in 1981, I was visiting my Great Aunt Mary Giattina and other relatives. She gave me a ticket to see Alabama vs. Southern Mississippi! It ended up a 13-13 tie. Bear Bryant autographed an 8 x10 photo of him self to me with my full name on it! I felt bad when I lent it to Brooklyn's bar in Denver to hang up in their legends room showcase. They never gave it back, saying they lost it. Coach Bryant was always a man among men - like John Wayne. Love the memories and the toughness. He would always take the blame for missed plays because he knew the player's Mama was watching. But when practice came . . . .

Grew up in the late 60s and 70s coach Bryant was and will always be the goat!! Stallings was about like him and then we were spoiled again by coach Saban!!! Went to a lot of games at legion field!!!

Ol Bear recruited a few of my prayers when I as coaching. Met him many times.

I just think it’s so awesome how he gives these young man his undivided attention and tried to answer all of their questions to the best of his ability. He is so kind and patient with them. I hope they all remembered this forever. 🐘🐻🐐🏈💪🙌👏🏆❤️‼️

If they would maintain it properly it would be ok. It would have to be dredged to get a good flow back and prevent heavy downpours from flooding the camp. Of course that would mean they would have to leave there desk to do so! It will not be long until they close the gate and log all the timber and make it a big eyesore like Choccolocco has become.
