It's a bit of a grind but just catch and evolve everything you can. You'll need to trade for some evolutions and version exclusives but you should easily be able to find people on trading subreddits to help. You'll only need the Pokemon from the base game for the charm so don't worry about completing the DLC Pokedexes.

How do you spot shiny maushold

With a lot of eye strain haha I have to get up close to each one so it can take a while

The type of evolution is set as soon as the Tandemaus spawns in so you can't reroll it
