Nice but the landlord's in some of these apartments are trying to charge 500 dollars to allow your pet in highway robbery others 100 which is far better they are making people walk away from these beautiful homes because of this there are apartments that are just beautiful that charge only $25 dollars extra a month for your pet again some of your landlords are trying to line their pockets disgusting

Really nice except in Alberta things are rough the rent is really a bit high considering your still paying for your power phone and other utilities

Very nice and spacious broad street usually has some great apartments pet friendly as well

I heard that this building is not so good,and read about it on facebook,and also during summer and viewing the unit I met a lady who was showing me the apartment and was not nice at all!!I did some researching and for sure I will go to summerside area with my family!Btw,apartments are really nice and big and new!!Great job!!
