Too many steps!

We were there about 30 years ago. Saw a striped yellow/black sea snake at the bottom of the cliff amongst the rocks. They did not charge anything to see the temple. So few tourists in those days.

I watched the video you are referring to. I think there is a huge difference between a tourist and a resident. We have been going to Bali since 88. 10 years in Sanur all as tourists. I’ve watched a friend seriously injure themselves when one leg got caught in a hole. The pathways can be rough, plus having to walk on the road because the bikes park on the footpath is also an issue for me. But still we look through tourist eyes. I feel everyone is entitled to their thoughts, especially as a resident. Again there is a big difference. We have to be careful when we point fingers at others cos there’s 3 fingers pointing back to ourselves. Cheers
