I absolutely love this song! I've kept it for years. I just shared it with my future husband! He plays the piano & we found & bought the sheet music so we can sing it together.

Micheal, My husband found your music years ago and absolutely loved this song and was so excited to share it with me. He searched out your album Retrospective and had it special ordered. (before itunes and amazon....) We listened to that cd many Sunday's along with other times too. This past year, he graduated into the next life after over 34 years together. I listen to this song now with new meaning. We are still best friends.... just on different planes for a bit. Thanks for sharing your talent with us.

Hello Mr. Webb. I am not sure if you will see this, but I am hopeful. When I was a youth, in Kearns Utah, my Ward youth performed Marvelous Light with you at Studio 7, or Studio 9, I can't remember, I was part of the youth choir. I am now (turning in May) 38. I have been trying to find a CD of Marvelous Light, and your other albums, but especially Marvelous Light, for SUCH a long time, but have not been able to. You have been one of my favorite Christian musicians, but I can't find any of your CDs. I have found collaboration CDs, EFY, Strength Of The Youth, etc., that will have one or two of your songs, but none from Marvelous Light, or your full albums. This song gave me hope, growing up in an abusive environment, that I could create my own personal happily ever after. I heard it on FM 100.3 today and bawled the whole way to church and had to search for it again. I can't tell you the joy I felt finding it finally here on youtube! I hope you're reading these comments and can know that the 15 year old abuse survivor who lives inside of me still thanks the Lord every night for your music. It saved me then and it brings me peace and joy now.

So very glad to find this again. I sang it almost thirty years ago to my soon-to-be wife, and I wore out the copy I made before I could get it transferred to digital, and my original tape is in one of my voluminous storage areas waiting to be rediscovered. By the way, Yes, I sang it to her again tonight. Thank you, Michael. Between John Canaan, Kenneth Cope, Michael McLean, and you, I've been able to share wonderful, loving, and gospel-inspired music with my girl for decades, now. Your tape had good songs, and while "Like a Lighthouse" got more play, I always thought this to be the best piece you ever did.
