I actually have also created a whole online curriculum and wrote and illustrated a book about how to understand your body, mind, and emotions relative to the elements. @@elementalAlma Yes, it will. Trust the process! Take your Consistent Committed Imperfect Actions daily to water this garden. It's no different. It takes planting seeds in total darkness, nurturing them, cultivating them, growing them, pruning them, etc. Just trust the process & know that all successful channels committed to output. It eventually led to the desired inflow. Some of them take 3 years or so to become overnight successes. It's well worth it once you go past that threshold!

I have a question, are you familiar with accupressure and know if longterm accupressure can activate the pineal? I've been laying on acupressure mats as a daily practice for years, I'm excited to see how healed I can become🌟
Hello! Thank you for commenting! Please also check out the other videos I have posted, and I have an online curriculum that teaches a lot of acupressure that does help activate the pineal gland. This is taught in the Wood Element course. I don’t think an acupressure mat is effective for specific areas, but intentional acupressure at certain points does have specific affects. The “focus on the third eye meditation” helps align the nervous system to activate the pineal gland. Check out the website mentioned for more info on the classes and book! Be in touch✨
