Im looking to inspire love- the action, by starting a sanctuary garden at Rogell Park. A place for our community to gather, build and share together. OGD needs your help. The Rogell Park community needs your help. The City of Detroit needs your help. This is an All inclusive effort and benefit. I’m expecting God to bring all the love from within us, and to us, that we need to bring this outdoor...
Go for it! I have been doing it 2 weeks. I am down 4.6# and my BP and cravings are coming down. I have thyroid issues and have never lost more than a pound, even eating gluten free and dairy free for 6 months with intense workout. I built a habit of working out 3-5 times a week several months ago, and lost no weight. Now combined with IF, I am seeing results for the first time ever.
I'm so very proud of Cook, this is truly inspiring 💜
