I'm a shift manager at a grocery store, and normally I do not have any business in the deli or meat departments, except on Sundays when the butcher is off, he will wrap meat and put it in the walk-in, but without labels. Came in today, saw a note on the scale that the deli girl yesterday couldn't figure out how to load it, and I never touched it before other than to print a few labels now-n-then and the meat was waiting in the walk-in and the stuff that was out on the store floor was nasty and needed thrown away and I got the sudden inspiration to whip out my phone, go to youtube and search for "how to load stickers in a mettler toledo" and this is the first video that came up. Had it up and running 5min later. Thanks!

here’s to hoping someone has an answer: my machine at work that’s extremely similar to this one (basically the same but maybe a bit more updated) shoots out 5 blank labels before printing out the actual label itself. it also gets stuck a lot. is there a way to fix this?

When I reached out to the company for help, they wanted to charge me $200 for a tech to come out and do this for me rather than give me guidance on how to do it on my own. Thanks for sharing!
