The building next to it is also a super tall it 305 meters exactly 1k feet
I think it looks great!
Amazing!
Great design? None of this shit is great design. Horrible slave living.
How cuz it’s an apartment??? 😂
Great design and a nice throwback to the gothic and art deco towers of yore...
Hey there, By any chance do you know who (what company) made these pictures? Great channel btw.😎👍🏼 Thanks 😊👍🏼
The tower next to it is called Torre bbva. And it is over 300meter
FINALLY
Your title was mistaken
How so
@ I’m pretty sure that North Americans are meant to go in it, not the other way around.
Oh minor typing error whoops
The second tower is known as the as top
Go to google type in tower obispado and tower rises will have 99 floors 475 feet tall
WOAHH!! That looks GREAT! (kind of looks like it could be a part of apple park!)
😮WOW!!! This is a gorgeous one 😊
I believe this project has changed significantly and is replaced by a smaller two-tower development called, Hudson Yards Collective. There are new renderings out there if you google.
It looks great! Hopefully a bit more affordable. But the design looks great with the skyline! Greenlight from me!
Article released by New York YIMBY states a "U-Shape" so I think you're correct.
Nice infill between one manhattan square and downtown
Yeah
I looked it up on skyscrapercity and it doesn’t appear to be under construction. Or do you have any new information on that ?
Skyscrapercentral had it as under construction
@datavisualisation5600It is currently on hold. Some Chinese sources even say that. But it will probably resume sometime.
Thats the Huge difference among the USA and CHINA. 🇨🇳 Is putting More power
Great video... Finally someone points out that you will still see Chrysler and that it's nuts to suggest that every view, from all angles must be protected. And yes, there is demand for Class A office, so right. Also note, there is a sales office set up (I think in One Vanderbilt) for companies considering a lease in 175 Park Ave.
Yeah I don’t agree with saying u can’t build stuff in a city cuz it “blocks the view” of a historic building
2028? Doubt. It will be left abandoned as a stud or dug out site.
Impossible to tell with these yeah gotta just wait and see
Miami will NOT stop! I LOVE IT!!! Pls convince the faa to do something about the Miami build hight restriction. We need a 1600 ft tower in miami.
Yeah the restriction really sucks
@ Yeah I’m betting if the restriction was lifted, guaranteed we would see a +2000ft tower in Miami. So much demand out there it’s crazy!
Hurricanes kind of put a halt on megatall billion dollar projects. So much more money has to be spent *trying* to wind/debris proof it.
Forgot to mention in the video it’s suppose to start construction this year and finish in 2028
I think its so weird its kinda cool.. Looks like something from a sci-fi desert movie..
Real looks like something from dune or something 😂
2:48 - - best angle 🙂👍🏼 0:05 - - tower 36 - Miami 2:24 - - from highway 👍🏼 1:54 - - street view / podium
We really need to do some catching up in the US... Can we please get a 2000 ft tower in the states before 2030?
NY needs a MEGATALL. Period
Fr
Awww man! I liked it being in New York, at least it had the record for something! I think it’s pretty but I don’t like the advertisement on it. Btw did you know originally the CPT was originally going to be about 100 ft taller? I believe originally it was going to have a spire, but as usual plans were revised.
Yeah that’s ads are pretty bad and yeah NY needs to get its act going man 😭
@ although I remember sitting at work like 20!years ago and looking at illustrations of 57th st after all the buildings there that were planned would look like snd t thought it looked sci-fi! I couldnt believe 3 different buildings the height of the ESB were all going up on the same street, it was AMAZING then, now I’ve gotten used to it and it’s now just another part of the NYC skyline, I’ve adjusted to it! lol I was REALLY amazed at CPT was going to be over 1500ft high, at the time it made HUGE WAVES in the skyscrapers community.
Not going to top out this year by any means. They are currently working on the foundation. I would be very surprised if it completes before 2028.
Would not want to live in it.
I do like all those floating pools
They put any more high rise buildings up in Miami and the whole city's going to sink into the ground
More Miami towers!? This city is gonna look so cool!!
Yep
Miami is becoming a New York of the South
Looks great for me
INNOVATION FOR SUSTAINABILITY & ARCHITECTURE
None of these buildings they tried building with greenery ever look anything close to the renderings
The spiral looks pretty similar
The concept is good but the overall Aesthetics of the building are not that great
odd looking style.
Finally, a good affirmation
Hey man . Can you please talk about 625 Madison Ave new Skyscraper?? 🙏 it seems so Interesting. 1200 feet apparentely
I would but it has no renderings right now unfortunately
Hopefully there will be some within a month 🙏@datavisualisation5600
I really like it. Is not a trouble since my perspective. GOOD VIDEO MAN🎉
The Toronto Cheapening effect has spread to NYC.
the top 1/3 doesn’t look very structurally sound
That concrete shaft slapped on the side is the building's service core: elevators, stairs, and utilities. In other words, it's what makes the building function in addition to lending structural support. Some would refer to it as a "side core" building.
I prefer the original design for the project.
really like this content, keep it coming👍
Anymore knowing the number of stories doesn’t really help know how many ft, the Vanderbilt tower is I think only 57 stories but it’s 1400 ft!
Wow doubling the skyline of Hudson Yards?? It’s already bigger than most lentire skylines of most US cities!
Yeah with phase 2, the new residential building, this and 3rd Hudson if it ever gets built 😂 would give us multiple supertalls and a couple near it
another building that’s approved but has yet to break ground is tribune east tower. It’s looking like a dead project but i’m still praying it goes up
That’s a pretty building. Good vid as usual buddy.
Appreciate it
the new jp morgan building quite looks very blackish , not bronze lol
Sorry I had to talk so quite there were reasons why just turn up the volume if you need to
God finally they kept saying this since 2021
