Does not look like it to mee. No bifurcation at all. My guess goes to volemi pine (Wollemia nobilis)

So based on how it looked face to face I would say it more closely resembles the Norfolk, when I go back I'll ask the greenhouse manager, thanks for helping ID the Flora 😁🐙

@@The-Microverse definitely a must - the greenhouses are great any time of the year but for the rest of the gardens, I'd say late may or June is best.

Me too! Donkey's year's ago I bought a wee cutting of the bright red begonia on the pedestal. It grew mahoosive! Had it for years. Never seen it anywhere before or since until now. Sadly it died whilst I was away and someone else was caring for it. In fact I lost alot of plants. Moral of this is to know you have a savvy plant enthusiast to care for your plants when away.

@jessicasinclair323 I'm so sorry to hear that🥺, call me a weirdo ( which I totally am 🤪) but Emotions seep into the Water and the plant after, thats why plant people are the best to care for your plants in your absence, they know how to Love the Flora 🐙

It has such nice texture, the color, the smell!! Moss is just lovely 🐙

@@The-Microverse Yes and I can't grow it except in terrariums. Ferns grow well in the house but with the exception of selaginella moss needs constant humidity. Excellent video my friend 👍🏼👍🏼

@richardkasper5822 That is a Great Excuse to start building and possibly hording Terrariums 😅, selaginellas are amazing texture and color plants, but they thrive in paludariums and near water features, and its one of my favorite terrarium plants 😁🐙

Tropical rainforest, near a volcano, if its Bali you will find amazing Mosses everywhere and with rainforests you don't need a body of water or stream to find lots of cool stuff, May The Moss Be With You 🐙

@@The-Microverse hahaha ayyy i did live in Bali for a bit, but i actually live in my hometown in Java! there's a local volcanic waterfall about 20 mins drive from my house, with plenty of volcanic rocks (and monkeys, hahaha) and i'll see whether it's open since the volcano has been (gently) erupting lately.

@MagisterialVoyager hahahhaha Gently erupting 😅, yeah Java is the Spot, you will find lots of local Flora especially Mosses and ferns and sometimes fauna ( not the monkeys 🤣) that will do amazingly in terrarium settings, but be careful! No Moss is Worth getting bitten by Lava however gently

@@The-Microverse The cap of the volcano got blasted off in 2010, so the volcano is just gently coughing up shiny red lava for months now… 😂 Sadly, today was rainy! So I couldn’t really go out. Do you already have tips in navigating the tiny fauna that are moss related? I’m quite fond of them (I love the spiders when I lived in Australia, hahaha).

@MagisterialVoyager the Tiny Fauna are part of a greater Ecosystem that isn't fully present in a terrarium, thus population control may be an issue, the "protocol" if you will 😅 is to make the Moss as pet safe as possible, if you are fond of the fauna rehydrate and wring out the moss but dont submerge, then you can observe to see what manner of Lifeforms are present 😁

@@The-Microverse I never paid much attention to begonias until I picked up a salmon colored one from the flower shop and it bloomed all summer long.
