@11macatak good placment 😁, and if You use foam for the background, you can make small cuts and wedge them in there, lemme know if you have any other questions

You can always just remove the moss from the box and follow the steps or Why not start another?, or like Five, experiment, and see what happens 😁🐙

It is a young Mini boston fern, they get a bit bigger than this but no where near as big as OG boston ferns

I totally agree, some experimentation is necessary, dont be afraid to do some mad science 😅

It is a super lovable lifeform, this ancient moss of ours 😁🐙

You Just put a giant smile on my face 😁, when I 1st saw that mat Idea, I loved it! But you are right, not only would the tap water slowly kill the moss any soaps or bathroom products would also be detrimental to the moss 🥺, so I really don't think a Mat would work, a moss live wall for the bathroom however! Is very doable and ambient Humidity will help maintain between misting, I will be getting into mini live walls soonish 😁🐙

I'm soo Glad you enjoyed!!! 😁 I used expanding foam and gorilla glue, in hind sight I would use the sprayfoam and silicone method and bring the foam to the bottom of the background for structural support. The Ficus Pumila was planted in the humid area of the tank and it did the vining on its own, you can also use pothos 🐙

I would Love to be able to Identify the Genus Species for sure, and that does need a bit of research on my part, in the Next Moss Video I'll make sure to get you both common and scientific names of the Mosses. Fastest Spreading would have to be the Tangled Thread Moss, when conditions are met It's like wild fire, fastest Vertical Growth would be Badge Moss

@@The-Microverse The prettiest I found was this healthy cushion moss - after watching your video I have a makeshift propagation tub in my grow tent and im going to spread that stuff everywhere I can hahaha. Currently im spreading it on the substrate of the weeping willows im trying to bonsai (and in my spiders enclosure :D) Ty again sir - we need more crazies out there

@jonathanmcclallen1480 Love me some cushions 😅, it should do great on bonsai soil, I find it does need more aeration than others, keep an eye on it so it doesnt brown out. May The Moss be With You....Always 🐙

It was acclimateing nicely, It was Sold about 2 weeks ago, but all "On Rock ferns" do need to be watered daily as the moisture does tend to evaporate quicker in these builds 😁

Moss is a very slow growing lifeform,but when conditions are met it is very propagatable, so it depends on the commercial use, its a good substitute for lawns, but only in shaded areas, there are amazing companies working on Moss receptive concrete, maybe look into that 😁🐙

It's nutritious, its volcanicand it's bio active ready, I absolutely love this stuff

Sooo many awesome Mosses out there, hope you find some of the super cool ones like tree moss and feather moss

@casadocaio that happens naturally if you dont protocol your moss, but you might bring in other "undesirable" lifeforms, check what springtails occur in your area and keep an eye out when collecting moss 😁

Absolutely it will help keep moisture in the soil, just be sure to follow protocol so that u can use your moss without worry 😁 May the moss be with you

@The-Microverse cool, do you recommend a specific type? I live in Virginia by the Chesapeake Bay and we have a lot of different types of moss.

@comfortablynumb9342 it would depend on what you are using thr moss for, if it is just as a Bonsai pot topper use pillow moss, or star moss, if you want a low carpet use thread or tangled thread moss ( but tangled thread moss could invade the trunk of the tree) 😁

@The-Microverse 💖 it's weird; I am quite good at growing plants but put them in an enclosure and everything struggles. You'd think that would be better because it's more of a controlled environment. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Lol

@PawsAndGrowTV the thing about the Flora lifeforms is that they like consistency more than anything, they aren't meant to move 😅 you change the environment even for the better is still a drastic change to them, the Selaginella taking over Amphibia now was a cutting that melted instantly 🤣 they take some time to acclimate but once they do, they florish, give any flora 6 months to acclimate before making any decisions about it 😁🐙

Please dont be sorry for asking questions, ask as many as you want😁 the paste is made with Aqua soil and sphagnum moss with water in a blender 😁

Thank you for asking questions 😁 Aquasoil is an aquarium substrate that is readily available in all pet stores or if you are in the UK seach amazon for the ExoTerra Substratum (its similar to aquasoil but for terrariums) or search for Aquasoil, but a visit to a local pet store ( preferably a small business) that has fish or reptiles they will have everything you need, Please do let me know if you have ANY questions, I love sharing information like this 😁
