Says pop track but..My humble opinion is that you should "countryfy" this Then it will be much more broad so you could add more details which will start to appear as you develop it further This basic line with a few chords is promising but left flat on its stomach Let it live with a storry This could be bigger Make it bounce and sparks I know you can do it 👍

You think you'd be up for making something that has some key shifts in it? i think there's an untapped niche there too, there's some pretty damn good examples of songs that use it like Living on a Prayer is the most famous one I can think of on the spot.
