I see you're super new to the guitar thing. If I can get you some advice, don't skip steps. You need to learn barre chords, and if you cant play correctly at the song's speed, try doing it 20 times slower, but hitting the chords. In case you miss or play it incorrectly, just don't restart, its a bad habit, continue to play along and try to catch yourself back. Cheers buddy.

Chords really feel impossible the first month or two. But this is a great song to teach basic chords with the capo. Keep it up king!
if you can't play the chord correctly in normal speed. then play slower but accurate.
You're playing really good. The only issue is strumming. You're strumming all the strings. Try to exclude the low E string when strumming the C F and A minor chord. Only strum the low E string with the E minor chord. This will teach you selective strumming to make the chords sound better. Good luck buddy. Looking forward to seeing your progress.
