if gaps with a a a a a a wont come in between lecture it would be very much better...
A step not explained here is why the ejected material is ionic rather than atomic. Is there are transfer of electrons between sample and beam (i.e. primary ions become atoms by ionizing sample atoms)?
at time 33:55, C2 is not correct. C2 is equal to : C2= Cgd2 + 2*Cgd4 + Cbd2 + Cbd4 + CL

There is no pinch-off voltage in mosfet. It’s threshold voltage. You find pinchoff voltage in jfet.
